Receptionist & Customer Service Supervisor

F&S Packaging Ltd. is currently hiring. Position: Receptionist Wage: $15.00 (Depending on the experience) Working hours: 30-40 hours per week; Position requirement: Completion of secondary school is required; Must be able to read, write in English; Should have good customer service manners to clients in Canada; Job duties include: Greet customers, and serve them during their visit; Provide administrative support to supervisors and managers; Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls and inquiries from customers; Receive and sort mail and deliveries, schedule appointments Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements: Completion of secondary school is required; Good English skills are required; Good manners to customers Position: Full Time Customer Services Supervisor Wage offered: $25.00 - $27.00 Weekly Working hours: 30-40 hours Job duties include: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service/sales clerks in the company; Evaluate customer service clerks; Oversee the office customer service operation; Train employees for customer services skills, and ensure customer clerks follow the customer service manuals; Serve customers, and ensure that they are satisfied with the service provided by us; Follow up with customers with previous purchases and services; Solve any customers complaints; Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements: 1. Minimum 6 months' experience in field of customer service is required. 2. Completion of college diploma or University degree is required (Study in business or customer service is most preferred). 3. Candidates with secondary diploma as the highest education must prove a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience to be qualified.
