U Choice is growing every year and currently expanding our company, and currently recruiting the following position. Purchasing Officer The qualified candidate for the position should have: College diploma or higher credential with minimum 6 months purchasing related experience is required Or Secondary school diploma with 2 years purchasing experience is required Your duties shall include following: 1. Purchase of parts from suppliers. 2. Communicate with the manufacturing line for parts availability, and order parts when parts are not available in the inventory, and also make a special orders if necessary. 3. Determine items to purchase and quantity purchased for orders made to suppliers. 4. Maintain the inventory level for each part. 5. Communicate over the phone, in person or through email with suppliers occasionally to monitor price change, parts availability and update recent price list for each parts and items. 6. Negotiate and determine purchasing contract with suppliers and manufacturers. 7. Administer shipping terms with suppliers, and ensure parts arrive on time 8. Build and develop long-term business relations with suppliers. 9.
