Position: Production & Catering Service Manager Perm, Full Time, Shifts, Weekends Salary: $ 25.00 /hour Benefits: company-paid Extended Health Benefits. Minimum education and experience requirements: * Completion of college program in food service management or in a related field * 3-5 years of previous experience * Good English Main duties: Organize, manage, direct, control and co-ordinate day-to-day operations and catering services of the restaurant; Develop and implement policies and procedures, ensure health and safety regulations are followed; Manage staff and assign duties, hire and train of new employees; Resolve work-related problems and possible customer complaints; Set work schedules and coordinate staff's activities; Plan and control budget, negotiate prices with food suppliers; Meet with clients to discuss catering services for banquets or receptions.
