Private room in 5 bedroom house available September 15 or October 1 Close to Langara, 1/2 block from Knight street bus. Looking for female or male that is respectful and cleans up after themselves, no drugs, smoking permitted outside on balcony. Shared full bathroom, kitchen, living room, large balcony, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, utilities and wifi included. Cable is not included. Street parking. Pet is negotiable and if accepted there would be a $100 pet deposit plus 1/2 month rent deposit. Rent is $700 a month.
