Mr. Sushi is looking for great people with experience to join our team. Job Title: Prep Cook Employer: Mr. Sushi Lonsdale Inc. Working Location: 105 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver, BC, V7M 2E7 Employment Status: Permanent, Full-time 35 to 40 hours per week Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4 % vacation fee Wage: $15 to $18 per hour (depends on experience) Position Available: 1Job Title: Duties include, but are not limited to: ‒ Following the prep list ‒ Prepare and cook menu items according to our specifications ‒ Labeling and stocking all ingredients ‒ Maintain inventory and records of foods, supplies and temperature of fridges ‒ Keep the kitchen and work area clean all the time ‒ Uphold and maintain food safety, high standards of sanitation and cleanliness Qualification: - Completion of secondary school is required. - Several years of commercial cooking experience are required. Or - Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks. Or - Completion of college or other programs in cooking.
