Pepper - Guinea Pig Small Animal

Our owners moved and didn't take us with them so we are now looking for our new forever home together. Staff and volunteers are trying to work on our socialization as we are not used to getting picked up. Like all siblings, my sister Ginger and I don't always get along, so you might hear a few loud wheeks here and there. Guinea pigs live on average 5-8 years so we still have lots of love to share. The bond that you could have with us would be irreplaceable. You'll gain our trust if you bring our favourite vegetable, which staff are still trying to figure out. Other than providing us a moderate amount of fruits and vegetables, our basic diet consists of Timothy hay and pellets. In terms of grooming, guinea pigs need their nails trimmed every 4-6 weeks.
