Position: Office assistant/Admin assistant
Working location: Downtown Vancouver (1066 West Hastings St.)
Working hours: Full-time, From 9am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Wage: $12 (starting) + Commission
Benefit: Full Benefit package offered after 3 month probation period
Job duties & qualifications:
-Telephone Reception and e-mail communications
-Must speak English fluently
-Strong interpersonal skills for dealing effectively with diverse clients
-Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) and electronic data processing.
-Collecting documents and preparing for final submission
-Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in accordance to the office setting.
-Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance.
-Team player and multi-task
-Can speak other language is an asset
-Any experience in immigration field is an asset.
Anyone who has a work permit is qualified for this position.
