This is a high quality, brand new Murphy Bed made in B.C. by Murphy Bed Pros. Using real wood and European hardware, this bed is built with over 25 years' experience, and will last as long as any home it is installed in. The photo shows a queen size (uses a standard queen mattress) made in an oak plywood. This is infinitely superior to most similar looking units, which are typically made with a particleboard coated with paper-thin melamine. If you need more room, this is the ideal solution, reducing the footprint of a regular bed down to only 16 inches along the wall. Anyone can easily and instantly open or close these beds, as they are equipped with a set of springs that take the weight. Typically, our customers will choose from an unfinished oak such as we have shown here, which we will stain any colour for a fee of only 150, a clear lacquered birch, or a white melamine over a real wood plywood construction.
