Mickey - Domestic Short Hair Cat

Shelter: BC SPCA - West Vancouver Branch Animal ID: 516580 Birthdate: September 10, 2015 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: Unknown Male Mystery man Mickey first arrived in SPCA care to our Chilliwack branch as a stray. Unfortunately, this done mean we don't have a lot of information about Mickey's past. But what we do know is that this handsome guy deserves a loving home where he can be spoiled and enjoy his new family. Mickey is nervous when first being introduced to people, so a patient home or one with cat experience would be best. Once he feels safe around you, this lovable guy really enjoys play time - his favourite is kangaroo kicking his toys! Mickey would prefer an adult only home, as loud sounds and quick movements make him afraid. Temptations are the way to this hunk's heart, and he will often pace around behind you while you visit his room. He has some mild touch sensitivities and will sometimes give a small swat with new people if he's touched too rough or in a spot he doesn't like. Once you've been welcomed into his friend-group, Mickey loves to climb into your lap, purr and rub all over your legs and hands. We don't yet know if Mickey would be compatible living with other pets. This sweet boy will need patience and time to adjust into his new home, but his adopters truly will luck out adopting this kitty character. ***Due to COVID-19 We've made changes to our adoption process.*** To adopt: 1.
