Marketing Coordinator & Retail Supervisor

Marketing Coordinator Position Summary: 1. Plan and develop online advertising activities; 2. Plan promotions/sales activities both online and offline; 3. Communicate with marketing/media/social media companies and organizations to conduct the company marketing campaigns online; 4. Analyze the feedback and survey of the previous and current online/offline marketing campaign and implement the analysis to the future marketing campaigns; 5. Plan and prepare both online and offline marketing; 6. Conduct research for the products, competitors, current market trend and implement on the marketing development; 7. Train and educate sales staff for the key marketing points or promotions and advertisements; Qualifications for the position: 1. College diploma or University degree in Marketing, Internet Marketing, public relations, communications or related field of study; 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing is required for people who has College diploma in University degree in majors other than Marketing, Internet Marketing, public relations, communications or related field of study; Wage offered: $27.00~$30.00/hourly (Wage offered may vary depending on the experience) Working hours: 30~40 hours/week Retail Supervisor Position Summary: 1.Supervise sales staff and oversee the store operation; 2. Schedule and train sales staff in the store; 3. Serve customers in the store and recommend products to purchase;4. Solve customer complaints and override any refund or exchange; 5. Manage and monitor inventory for each item in the store; 6. Record daily sales of the store; 7. Evaluate and discipline sales staff Qualifications for the position: 1. Completion of secondary education is required 2.
