Manufacturing Worker

We are a well established, busy moulding manufacturing facility seeking a motivated employee interested in a career and the prospect of long term growth within our company. This position requires a high degree of detail, organization and the ability to work within deadlines. The successful applicant must be reliable, self motivated, possess a positive attitude and be able to follow instructions to work under minimal supervision. We require an individual who can multi-task and adapt in a fast paced environment. Job Requirements: * be physically capable to lift up to 50 pounds * able to stand on a concrete floor for a good portion of the day * have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend and twist throughout the work day * Excellent math skills * Experience with chop saw an asset * Experience in wood shop an asset * Experience grading wood an asset * Steel toed shoes/boots Hours of Work & Compensation: Year round work 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. 2 x 15 min. coffee breaks; 1 x 30 min lunch break Benefits Vacation (2 weeks after 1 year; 3 weeks after 5 years) Starting wage determined by experience and initiative.
