Late1973 model, first registered early 1974. From the very first production run of 52 with the new frame, but with front discs for the USA market, and was sold by Harpers, at the time, the largest USA Guzzi dealer. Have all original documents confirming these details, including mileage. Correct numbers. Overall, the machine is in very nearly concours condition. New forks. Brembo disc brakes etc. were rebuilt, a new timing chain and tensioner were fitted as well as the signals, and a modern Bosch twin filament Quartz headlamp unit, but with parking light, also Quartz. Fitted with later model Bosch starter motor. New exhaust system, battery, shockers, voltage regulator, Turning the ignition switch works the fuel valve, as it should, Master and wheel cylinders and drive shaft bearings and universal joint were renewed. Spoked alloy wheels run true, no corrosion. Very low mileage on tires. All instruments & lights work perfectly. Levers for going back to left hand change are included. Original Instruction book, and others. Idles beautifully. Mileage of only 35,000 miles is correct, 3 owners since new. Krauser panniers included. Spares include: black alternator cover, pair of chrome crash bars, top fork yoke, CEV headlamp with rim (?), and new unused Bosch quartz halogen twin filament sealed beam light unit plus parking light. There are also a number of small parts like points, condensers, bulbs and a selection of valuable tools and literature. Have invoices for all parts etc.
