$20 · Looking for pictures of Vancouver's Downtown Eastside

I have a website that teaches kids about the dangers of addiction and I am looking for photographers that have decent quality, royalty free pictures of the street life in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. The pictures must be yours to sell and not someone else's and you will need to sign an agreement that you are willing to sell a copy of them to me for the purpose of using them in my work. I don't have a huge budget but could probably pay $20 a picture and would like to find about 20 good pictures.
