Position: Kitchen Cook Working Condition: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hrs per week Wage: $14~15.50 per hour Work Location: 742 Granville Street Vancouver BC, V6Z 1E4 Job Description: - Preparing and cooking Japanese hot food on the menu - Running the kitchen and maintaining records that what food has been prepared and what ingredients were used - Ensuring food quality, presentation, and proportions - Cooking food by either steaming, roasting, frying, braising or baking - Ensuring maintenance of food temperatures, and functionality of kitchen - Checking and maintaining inventory Minimum Qualification Include: - Completion of college in Cooking OR 1 and half year of commercial work experience in Cooking - Basic understanding of cooking and knife handling skills - Available on evenings and weekends - Able to communicate in English Start Date: As soon As Possible If you meet all of the requirements, please send your resume by e-mail osushiinformation@gmail.com Selected candidate will be contacted.
