Shelter: BC SPCA - Richmond Education & Adoption Centre Animal ID: 501752 Birthdate: October 14, 2019 - Baby Spayed/Neutered: No Male Jack is a friendly and energetic little mouse who is looking to find a mouse-friendly home to call his own. He's in our care with three of his brothers, but we think he would do best by going to a home alone since he has been occasionally picked on by his brothers. He can't wait to find a home that will provide him with a mouse appropriate space for him to burrow around and play in. Jack is hand tamed and enjoys the frequent socialization with the staff and volunteers. He has an outgoing nature and loves climbing up your arms to catch a ride on your shoulder. He also enjoys running on his exercise wheel and because it's so fun, he can sometimes be a bit possessive of it. Mice aren't a first time pet unless you're very committed. Cages need to be cleaned and maintained fully, otherwise they quickly become smelly and unhygienic. Proper diets need to be provided to ensure the mice continue to grow into healthy adults. If Jack sounds like the ones for you, come visit him at the Richmond BC SPCA today! We are open every day except for Thursdays, 12-5pm for adoption viewings. https://spca.bc.ca/wp-content/uploads/mouse-care-guide.pdf
