Injection Moulding Technician

Title : Injection Moulding Technician Employment period: Permanent Duties: Process / Setup Setup injection moulds on molding machine, including but not limited to, changing molds, generating first articles, etc; Manage in-line production by verifying dimensions and visual product attributes through inspection; Fine tune injection molding parameters and adjustments to ensure consistent product quality; Identify and troubleshoot injection molding problems and work with engineering team to distinguish between process and mold issues; Maintenance Carry out all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all injection molding machines, robots / automation, auxiliary equipment (chillers, pumps, etc), and rebuild / retrofit machines. Installation / commissioning of new molding machines and automation. Requirements: Completion of college diploma or university degree in plastic engineering, industrial engineering or related programs; Compensation: $28~$29 (Depending on experience) Working hours: 30~40 hours/week Company: Plascon Plastics Corp.
