Phoenix Glass has an excellent opportunity for GLAZIERS, CLADDERS & COMPOSITE PANELLERS of all experience levels to join our team in Delta or Victoria, BC. We will train and develop the right individuals. Basic requirements: * Reports to the shop supervisor * Duties are varied and may include activities that assist other departments, such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, assembling, lifting, moving * Provide assistance on various tasks and assignment * Work in a fast-paced environment * Repetitive tasks * Handling (lift and carry) heavy loads * Standing for extended periods of time * Attention to detail * Excellent dexterity an precision * Hand-eye coordination * Operate basic hand tools and power tools * Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools * Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures * Ability to operate required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner * Effective verbal and listening communication skills * Ability to communicate effectively in English * Time management skills * Adapt to change and can function independently * Ability to learn quickly * Follow company policies and procedures If you are a self-motivated individual looking for a career with a dynamic organization with great growth potential, email your resume to hr@phoenixglassinc.com.
