Ki Isu Restaurant Inc. is currently looking for an experienced cook to join our team. Name: Ki Isu Restaurant Inc. Location: 1275 Pacific Blvd Vancouver, BC V6Z 2R6 Canada Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Wage and working hours: $14~17 per hour, 35~40 hrs per week Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible Qualifications: -Minimum Education: High School graduation -Minimum Experience: 2 yrs of commercial cook experience -Language: Able to communicate in English -Able to work evening or weekends Job Description: -Cook and prepare Japanese food such as sashimi, sushi and rolls. -Supervise most of the kitchen operations. -Assist with menu planning and development including food portions and plating. -Maintain a high degree of cleanness and state of kitchen and utensils. -Maintain records of supplies, equipment and other inventories. -Clean work area We welcome Aboriginal peoples, persons with disabilities and new immigrants who are qualified to apply for this position.
