Business Name: Sandhu Operations Ltd. o/a Subway Sandwiches & Salads Business Address: 3-1725 Robson Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 1C9 Contact information: Mr. Kuldip Sandhu Title of position: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 6311) Number of available positions: 1 Terms of employment: full time 35 - 40 hrs per week (Night shift) (minimum 30 hours), permanent position Wage: $16 - $19 per hour Location of work: 3-1725 Robson Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 1C9 Benefits: 4 % vacation fee Job duties - Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff that prepare, portion and serve food. - Scheduling duty roster of staff - Report to the owner of the business regarding activities of staff - Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation - Establish methods to meet work schedules of staff - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage - Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards of business - May participate in the recruitment of food service staff Skills/ Requirements: - At least 2 years of working experience in fast food business - At least 1 year of working experience as a food service supervisor in fast food business is preferred - Completion of Secondary education is required - Fluent in English - Good communication skills with restaurant customers - Good people skills Please DO NOT CALL regarding the posted position.
