Silver Spring Spa is looking for experienced Esthetician Retail Supervisor Position: Esthetician Retail Supervisor Working condition: Full time, Permanent Work Location: 1582 Robson Street Vancouver BC V6G1C2 Wage Rate: $20.00 per hour and 30~35 Hours per week Job Duties: Supervise and coordinate retail activities and daily spa operations Prepare and manage work schedules of staff and assign duties Assist staff to increase sales by helping to develop their skills and knowledge Maintain records of sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Checking and recording inventory and ordering supplies Maintain spa display and cleanliness Communicate and resolve occurrences involving guests in the spa that require attention.
