Early Childhood Educator

Early Learning Childcare Centre is looking for qualified Early Childhood Educator Job Position: Early Childhood Educator, Permanent, Full-time Job Location: 103-2764 Barnet Highway Coquitlam BC Canada Wage Range: $17~ 23 hourly and 30~40 hours per week Qualification required: - BC Early Childhood Educator Certificate - Completion of Early Childhood Education Diploma education or 6 month or higher of child educator or assistant working experience - Valid First Aid Certificate - English proficiency to be able to educate children Main Responsibilities: - Develop, evaluate, or revise daily child-care programs to promote and support the physical, emotional and social development of children - Lead children in activities such as telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing craft materials and demonstrating the use of them - Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health, take appropriate actions and prepare reports for parents, guardians or supervisor - Assess children's abilities, interests and need, and discuss with parents and other staff members regarding learning progress or problems - Plan, check and maintain the environment to protect the health, security and well-being of children Please email your resume to earlylearningpocohiring@gmail.com Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
