Brandt is currently seeking a Director of Sales-Attachments for the Western Canada area. This position will be responsible for providing sales and technical support to aid the regional sales team in engaging and developing Brandt Equipment Solutions products business including primarily attachments with John Deere construction dealers. Duties & Responsibilities: *Participate with Regional Sales Managers in development and implementing plans for growing Brandt Equipment Solutions sales with John Deere Construction dealers. *Aid the sales team in achieving Brandt Equipment Solutions product sales growth by providing a high level of product, application, industry, customer and competitor knowledge *Coordinate and participate in delivering ongoing local product knowledge and application training for regional sales and dealer sales teams as scheduled *Support the regional sales team at key construction trade shows and events where Brandt Equipment Solutions products are on display in order to inform, educate, and promote Brandt and Brandt Equipment Solutions attachments with dealer sales teams and end users. *Support local Territory Managers in selling Brandt Equipment Solutions attachments through John Deere dealers. *Research and track competitor product pricing levels, activities, programs and tactics.. *Provide insights and input on the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and profitability goals as per BES' business objectives for various product categories. *Extensive travel throughout the region network alongside Brandt's sales teams to actively support direct visits with major John Deere Dealers contacts and their customers (up to 3 weeks in a month) Qualifications: *Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and/or product or technical support knowledge and experience in heavy construction and forestry equipment working with manufacturers and/or dealers *Proven communicator with strong verbal and presentation skills and an ability to project, influence, and coach and collaborate in a sales team environment *Must be able to obtain or possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally To apply for this position please visit www.brandtjobs.com and enter tracking code 2863-046 into the search field of the job opportunities page.
