Customer service supervisor

Company description: Located in British Columbia Kwong Fung Food operates on a business to business model, supplying Asian imported food to restaurants and supermarkets throughout BC. We have established our brand image as quality and freshness by carefully selecting suppliers from Canada, USA, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China, Thailand, and other popular exporting destinations. After 11 years of operation, we now have a network of reliable suppliers who we maintain good relationships with. In the meantime, we have developed an effective and strict protocol of storing imported food, which enables us to preserve the quality of the imported products. We understand the importance of customer service and the value of having good employees. All of our employees are well trained in their respective areas and hence are able to serve our customers with exactly what they need. Customer service supervisor Qualifications: Minimum six months' experience in customer/client service or related field is required; Completion of college diploma or higher education is required. OR Candidates with secondary diploma (without post secondary credential) must prove 2 year experience in field of customer service Position Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise customer service clerks and monitor their tasks; Oversee overall customer service team in the company; Train and discipline customer service clerks for their services and tasks; Communicate with customers, solve problems and answer questions; Consult customers to find out their needs and recommend products; Solve any customers complaints; Override return and exchange; Obtain customer feedback regarding company services and programs; Prepare customer feedback reports for the manager to plan better customer service policies; Hourly wage offered: $25~$27.00 (Depending on experience) Working hours: 30~40 hours/week Kwong Fung Food Processing Factory Ltd. 2051 No.6 Road,   Richmond, BC   V6V 1P1     How to apply:kwongfungfood@outlook.com
