Title of position: Customer Service Supervisor Unihealth is looking for an energetic customer service supervisor who can join our team. As a customer service supervisor your main duties at Unihealth will include: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service clerks; Schedule and train customer service clerks for customer policies/manuals, service procedures, ways of serving customer inquiries; Evaluate and discipline customer service clerks and ensure they follow procedures; Answer customers questions about the company's service; Ensure all customer service clerks manage the customer accounts in appropriate ways; Solve any customers complaints; Oversee the customers' accounts Qualifications Minimum 6 months experience in customer/client service or related experience is required (1 year experience preferred); Completion of college diploma or university degree is required; If a candidate only has a secondary education, the candidate must prove at least 2 years of experience in customer service field.
