Customer Service Supervisor Main duties Supervise and train customer service clerks; Assign duties to customer service clerks; Coordinate and monitor customer orders and transactions; Ensure that all customer service clerks follow the company policy and customer service manual during serving customers; Ensure all transactions and orders are being monitored, and ensure they provide the best customer service; Serve customers and answer questions about our products and services; Position requirements College diploma or university degree is required; Minimum of 6 months customer service experience is required; OR Person who has secondary diploma only needs to prove experience of 2 years or more in customer service field Wage offered: $25~$27/hourly (Wage offered may vary depending on the experience) Working hours: 30~40 hours/week Consumer Refrigeration & Appliances Service Ltd 11-8385 St George Street, Vancouver BC V5X 4P3 Please send your resume to: crasvancouver@aol.com
