Customer Service Supervisor

Customer Service Supervisor Duties: Supervise, train and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service/sales clerks; Coordinate and monitor the transactions and service orders; Override transactions of customer service clerks; Ensure all services are made on time without any discrepancy or omission; Serve customers and answer questions regarding services; Handle customer complaints; Eligible applicants must: College diploma or university degree is required; Minimum of 6 months customer service experience is required; Person who only has secondary diploma needs to prove experience of 2 years or more in customer service; Wage: $25~$27/hour Working hours: Full time 30~40 hours per week; Butler At Your Services Inc.
