Customer Service Supervisor

Customer Service Supervisor The qualified candidate for the position should have: 1. Minimum six months' experience in customer/client service or related field is required. 2. Completion of college diploma or University degree is required. (Note: Secondary school graduates must prove minimum 2 years of experience in customer service) Your duties shall include following: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service staff and sales staff; Train customer service and sales staff communication skills, sales maximization skills and problem solving skills ; Communicate with customers what the company can offer; Consult customers to find out their needs, and give suggestions; Communicate with customers the current process of their orders; Solve any customers complaints; Evaluate customer service clerks and sales clerks and report to the manager; Wage offered: $25~$26/hour (Depending on experience) Working hours: 30~40 hours/week Location of the company: #505-17665 66A Avenue Surrey, V3S 2A7 Please apply through email only to: uchoicemanufacturing@hotmail.com
