Main duties: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of customer service clerks; Oversee the overall customer service team; Schedule, coach and train clerks for serving customers, responding to customer inquiries to ensure their services comply with company policies; Serve customers and answer questions regarding company's services and products for customers; Consult customers and recommend products and service; Solve any customers complaints; Evaluate and discipline customer service/sales clerks
Qualifications: 1. Minimum 6 months experience in customer/client service field; 2. Completion of post-secondary education (College diploma or higher) is required; 3. High school graduates must prove at least 2 years experience in customer/client service field.
Compensation: $25.00~$27.00/hour (Depending on the experience)
Weekly working hours: 30~40 hours/week
