Customer Service Supervisor
Main duties: Supervise and train customer service clerks for client management, service procedures, ways of serving customer inquiries; Evaluate and discipline customer service clerks and ensure they follow procedures; Answer customers questions regarding company's products for customers; Ensure all customer service clerks manage the customer accounts well; Solve any customers complaints; Oversee the customers' accounts and sales
Qualifications for the position: Minimum 6 months experience in customer/client service or related experience is required; Completion of college diploma or university degree is required; If a candidate only has a secondary education, the candidate must prove at least 2 years of experience in customer service field.
Wage offered: $24.50~$27.50/hourly (Wage offered may vary depending on the experience)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
