Customer Service Supervisor

Established in 1992 as a tiling family business in Vancouver, HOME IDOL Building Supplies Inc (Home Idol) has been growing very quickly and has developed into a leading construction material wholesale company in British Columbia in the past 20 years. We currently have different locations in the Greater Vancouver area. We are currently recruiting qualified candidates who would like to join our team. Please see below for further details:

Customer Service Supervisor
Main duties: 1. Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the sales, customer service clerks 2. Oversee the overall sales team 3. Schedule, coach and train clerks for serving customers, responding to customer inquiries to ensure their services comply with company policies; Serve customers and answer questions regarding company's services and products for customers; Consult customers and recommend products and service; Solve any customers complaints; Evaluate and discipline customer service/sales clerks

Qualifications: 1. Minimum 6 months experience in customer/client service field (1 year experience is preferred) 2. Completion of post-secondary education is required (Preferred to be business, commerce or customer service related field). 3. High school graduates must prove at least 2 years experience in customer/client service field.
Compensation: $24.50~$27.50/hour (Depending on the experience)
Weekly working hours: 30~40 hours/week
