Title of position: Customer Service Supervisor
As a Customer Service Supervisor in West Canada Weekly, your duties include: Supervise, train and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service/sales clerks; Coordinate and monitor the transactions/process of the advertisements on the newspaper; Ensure that all customer service clerks follow the company policy and customer service manual during serving customers; Ensure all advertisements are posted with appropriate format, contents and location, and communicate with customers to ensure their advertisements are correct before printing; Serve customers and answer questions regarding prices, services, locations of advertisements
Eligible applicants must: College diploma or university degree is required (Preferred to be business, accounting, economics, customer service field). Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is required; Person who only has secondary diploma needs to prove experience of 2 years or more in customer service field;
Working hours: 30~40 hours per week;
