Custom Metal Finisher

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join us at our small & busy shop in Sidney, BC. Electro-shine has been BC's premier finishing & metal restoration company for over 25 years. We perform triple chrome plating as well as nickel, brass, & copper plating. We also polish & buff stainless steel, aluminum, brass, & copper. Metal restoration type repairs are also preformed. The role of the employee would be polishing, buffing, and light repairs using large buffing and polishing lathes as well as small hand tools. Experience Desired: * Body shop or metal shop experience is a real asset * Skills in polishing various metals with assorted compounds * Knowledge in the use of air tools & grinders * Good hand to eye coordination * Understanding of automotive, marine, & motorcycle parts would be advantageous Job Type: * Good wages * Pleasant work environment * Steady work year round * Long term career position Salary: * Starting salary $45000 - $50000 a year with room for advancement Apply Today!
