Hachi Hana Japanese Restaurant Position: Cook, Full time, Permanent Location: 1426 Lonsdale Ave North Vancouver, British Columbia V7M 2J1 Canada Salary Rate: $14.60 ~ $20.50 per hour (depending on experience) and 35~40 Hours per week Duties - Prepare and cook various Japanese dishes - Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food display - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food - Clean, cut, season, cook and arrange portions of food - Train kitchen staff and oversee kitchen operations - Follow food safety procedures and monitor temperatures - Uphold and maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
