Restaurant Name: Asa Sushi Japanese Restaurant Position: Cook, Full time, Permanent Job Location: 2178 West 41st Ave Vancouver BC V6M1Z1 Canada Main responsibilities: -Prepare and cook complete Japanese food on the menu such as sushi, Rolls, Teriyaki, Tempura, noodle, etc -Maintain food supplies after selecting best qualities -Maintain inventory and records of food -Oversee kitchen operations. -Clean work area. -Train kitchen helpers or staff when needed Requirement: - Completion of secondary school - 2 years or higher of commercial cook experience - Ability to communicate in English Offering Wage and working hours: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour with 4% vacation pay and 35-40 hours a week.
