Restaurant Name: Sushimoto Job Position: Cook, Full time, Permanent Job Location: 102-2201 Holdom Ave Burnaby BC Canada V5B0A2 Salary Rate: $14.60 ~ $16.00 per hour (depending on experience) / 40 Hours per week Duties:  Responsible for the production of Japanese food such as rolls, sushi, sashimi and other dishes that are on the menu  Estimate food requirements and costs  Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment  Responds promptly and courtesy to guests' requests and satisfy them with quality of food and service  Maintain cleanness throughout work area  Coordinate and supervise work of kitchen staff Qualifications: - 2 year or higher of commercial cook experience or completion of college or other program in culinary or related. - Available to work in evening and weekend(s) - High School graduation or higher - Able to communicate in English If you meet the requirements above, please send your resume by e-mail sushimoto2010@gmail.com
