Togo Sushi Richmond is looking for Cook to join us. Available Position: 2 (Full-time, Permanent) Working location: #2010-6060 Minoru Blvd, Richmond, BC V6Y 2V7 Wage: between $14 to $16 per hour Working hours: 35 to 40 hours per week Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation Job Requirements: - Completion of secondary school education - Completion of a community college program in Cook or food and Beverage field or Several years of experience in food preparation or service are required Duties: - Prepare Sushi, Sashimi, and other Japanese Dishes - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food - Maintain food and equipment inventories - Clean, cut, carve, season, cook, and arrange portions of food - Ensure that food safety regulations are respected - Estimate food quantities required and order food Please send your resume with cover letter to togosushi.rich@gmail.com Thank you!
