I am subletting out my room in a two bedroom apartment for the month of January as I will be in out of the country. The apartment is located in a older, but comfortable building right in the heart of Cook St Village. Laundry is located in the building and there is on street parking. No Smoking, No pets. The location is so incredible and I'm looking for someone quiet and easygoing to enjoy the building as much as I have.
