Construction assistant manager

Salary: 37.80 CAD per/hour Skills requirements: Experience 1-2 years, Good English. Education: College diploma in civil engineering or in construction technology. Main duties: Plan, organize and control construction projects under the direction of a Construction Manager; Create and oversee construction contracts, schedules, specifications and budget reports; Perform budget estimates as preconstruction phases of the project; Monitor the execution and implementation of the project schedule; Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and submit progress reports to the Construction Manager; Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff; Direct the purchase of building materials, manage project's budget; Support the Construction Manager in managing construction project and implement quality control procedures; Direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
