Construction Manager

Construction Manager Working hours: 30~40 hours/week Wage: $36.50~$38.50/hour Skills & Experience: 1.College diploma or University degree related to construction including but not limited to architectural engineering, civil engineering or construction technology 2.Must be able to speak, read and write in English with good communication skills 3.Minimum 3 years of experience in construction field which must include minimum of 1 year of experience as a construction supervisor or manager Note: Candidate graduated from college/University unrelated to construction must prove minimum 5 years of experience in construction field with 1 year of experience as a construction supervisor or manager Main duties: 1.Manage, organize and direct construction projects; 2.Communicate with clients, contractors and employees to ensure project quality, time line and budget; 3.Communicate with municipal government and engineers to ensure the project comply with by-laws and engineering specs; 4.Prepare reports and updates for customers and engineers for any progress of the project; 5.Monitor tasks and works done by employees and contractors; 6.Communicate with clients, engineers and cities for any changes during the projects and offer alternatives to solve problems Max-Pro Construction Ltd. 415-3771 Jacombs Road, Richmond, BC V6V 2L9 Please send your resume to: maxproconstruction@yahoo.com
