Chinese Style Dessert Cook Company: Pearl Castle Cafe Work Address: #14-4429 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 2A1 Position: Chinese style dessert Cook Hours of work/week: 30~40hrs/week Compensation: $15~$16/hour Position Requirement: Minimum 2 years (Preferably 3 years) of cooking experience is required Previous Chinese Cook experience and Chinese style dessert cook experience is preferred Completion of Secondary School is required Preferred to have Cook certificate or have studied program related to cooking, pastry or dessert Duties as a Chinese style dessert Cook: Prepare and cook Chinese desserts served in the restaurant Keep track of the inventory and maintain the inventory level Prepare dessert sauces or ingredients used in the restaurant Keep equipment tools organized and clean Candidate should apply through email only to: pearlcastlehr@outlook.com
