Chinese Dessert Cook & Chinese Cuisine Cook (including dimsum)

Position: Chinese Dessert Cook (2 Vacancies)
Hours of work/week: Full time 30~40 hours/week
Compensation:$14.00 -$18.00 (Depending on experience)

Position requirement:
Completion of college cooking/culinary arts program OR Minimum 3 years of cooking experience/cook apprentice experience is required (Preferably Chinese desert Cooking experience)
Completion of Secondary School is required
Cook certificate or college diploma in cooking is preferred

Duties:
Prepare/cook Chinese dessert food
Prepare and make the dessert sauces used in the restaurant
Develop new Chinese dessert sauce, recipe, menus and improve the existing menu/specialty dishes
Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen's hygiene
