We span into different area in Greater Vancouver, with locations in Coquitlam, Vancouver and Richmond. We now have few vacant positions available. Please see the information below: Chinese Cuisine Cook Job duties and tasks: Prepare and cook Chinese food including dumplings, soups, hotpot, barbeque and other Chinese dishes; prepare sauces used in the restaurant if needed; contribute personal cooking specialty dishes to improve the existing menu and seasonal menu if suitable; Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen's hygiene; Manage inventory and ensure quality of the ingredients; Supervise kitchen helpers. The qualifications to apply for this position are as follows: Completion of secondary school is required; minimum 2 years of cook experience (Chinese cooking is preferred) or completion of cook program in college(Chinese cooking is preferred); Candidates hold cook certificate are preferred Other details with respect to the position: Working hours: Full time 30~40hours/week Wage: $15~$18/hour (Based on experience) Server Job duties and tasks: Serve dishes in the restaurant; Greet customers; Help customers for payments; Take orders from customers; Help customers for take out or pickup orders; Take calls for reservation or take outs; Ensure the hygiene of serving areas; The qualifications to apply for this position are as follows: Completion of secondary Education is required; Speaking English is a must. No experience required and on-job training will be provided.
