We are searching for a highly qualified and motivated Mobile Device Repair Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong understanding of fixing Apple and Android phones, routinely thinks outside the box to solve problems quickly and understands what impeccable customer service is all about. The cellular phone technician will be responsible for replacing screens, charging ports, batteries, etc... This job offers a strong hourly wage Job Title: Experienced Candidate/Lead Technician - Cell Phone/Tablet/Repair Specialist - Full Time Pay Rate: Negotiable based on experience plus performance based Skills: 1) Must have the ability and drive to continuously meet monthly sales goals. 2) Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor, ensuring that you are always committed to converting the phone call to a store visit 3) Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices 4) Assist customers from initial check in process all the way through to the completion of their repair
