CAD Drafting Technician

Position: CAD Drafting Technician Wage: $27.00~$29.00/hour (Depending on the qualification) Working hours: 30-40hours/week Requirements for the position: * College/University diploma/degree in architectural design, architectural engineering, interior design, construction engineering, CAD Design or related discipline is required Note: Minimum 3 years of related apprenticeship or experience is required for secondary school graduates If a candidate obtained College/University diploma/degree in architectural design, architectural engineering, interior design, construction engineering, no other experience is required but asset ) * Must be able to use CAD program Main Job duties: * Prepare different type of drawings including but not limited to engineering designs, floor plans, site plans and with CAD program * Calculate details and review drawings and apply the details in the CAD drawings * Communicate with clients, engineers, architects and designers to prepare drawings * Amend and verify designs based on clients' needs Max-Pro Construction Ltd. 415-3771 Jacombs Road, Richmond, BC V6V 2L9 Please send your resume to: maxproconstruction@yahoo.com
