Welcome to your North Vancouver spring getaway! We are subletting our beautiful 1 bedroom + den condo for the months of April, May and June. This fully furnished suite comes with high-speed WiFi, large screen TV and XBox (for Netflix access also), Hydro, and a complimentary cleaning service every two weeks for the duration of your stay. We are subletting for the full three months only (no short-term stays). Floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings make this west-facing condo bright and open. Trees outside the windows fill in with gorgeous green leaves in the spring to provide some privacy. A barbecue on the balcony which overlooks the park below makes this the perfect place for a quiet evening dinner or glass of wine with a loved one. Kitchen has a large pantry, full sized fridge and gas stove, and is fully-equipped with all the cooking appliances and serving utensils you might need. You'll enjoy a restful sleep at night on the new queen-sized TempurPedic mattress with brand new mattress cover and bedding. All linens included. Full side-by-side closets provide lots of storage space around the corner from front-loading washer/dryer, and the bathroom has a nice deep tub. The Lower Lonsdale area is a vibrant location, great for professionals working downtown as well as outdoor enthusiasts looking for the mountains. Or if you're like us, both in the same day! The condo is a five minute walk to the Seabus (public transit by boat, which will take you downtown in 12 minutes) and about a 20-30 minute drive from Mt. Seymour and Cypress Mountain. At 2nd Street and Lonsdale, the condo is surrounded by yoga, spin and fitness studios, restaurants and cafes, parks, clinics and services, and great local shops. Grocery is a block down the hill (IGA) beside a BC Liquor store. The Lonsdale Quay, boasting local boutiques, fresh produce, a brewery and a food market, is less than 5 minutes on foot. Starting in May, The Shipyards across the street from the Quay hosts Friday night live music nights for the whole family with 20+ food trucks, a beer garden, and artisans.
