North Air Compact 200 respiratory protection I bought this unit about 5 years ago, but only used it for 6 months, and then about twice a week. It is like new. Made in the USA. It has a battery operated fresh air pump on the belt that draws in air through the 3 filters, which are rated for just about anything. The clean air is pumped to the back of the hood, past the wearer's face. If the battery gets low or the filters get plugged, an alarm sounds. It is a " Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) approved by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH)." Included is the battery charger, and hood with clear face plate, flow tester and one new suit. The suit is a painters suit, and you can use the PAPR without the suit.
