Bookkeeper & Administrative Supervisor

Position Title: Bookkeeper Wage: $21~$23/hour (Depends on the experience) Duration/working hours: Permanent fulltime (30-40 hours/week) Vacation: 10 days paid vacation will be provided Position Requirements Completion of College or University program in accounting or bookkeeping is required (Note. Secondary school graduates must have taken some bookkeeping courses with minimum of 1 year bookkeeper or related experience is required) Main duties for the position: Perform company book keeping duties including record and keep the company's financial transactions using the book keeping system; Make journal entries, bank, credit card reconciliation in the book keeping system; Prepare monthly financial reports, income statements, balance sheet; Prepare payrolls, ROE and T4 for the company employees; Prepare Canada Revenue Agency remittances such as payroll, GST; Maintain records for account receivables and account payables to ensure the payment is made on time, and monitor clients' accounts, and collect receivables Position Title: Administrative Supervisor Wage: $26~$28/hour (Depends on the experience) Duration/working hours: Permanent fulltime (30-40 hours/week) Vacation: 10 days paid vacation will be provided Position Requirements Completion of college diploma or university degree is required; Minimum of 6 months experience in administrative position is required Main duties for the position: Supervise administrative clerks and evaluate their performance; Train & discipline administrative clerks and make report to the manager; File, organize and prepare administrative documents and information; Manage information, documents, history and other information in the company system; Review documents and correct errors; Administer transactions; A Plus Automotive Ltd. 1525 Welch St, North Vancouver, BC V7P 1B5 Please send your resume to: aplusautonv@aol.com
