Shelter: BC SPCA - Chilliwack Branch Animal ID: 517039 Birthdate: September 17, 2019 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: Yes Female Bobbie is in foster with one of the best fosters for under-socialized cats and this is what the foster mom has to say: Bobby is a beautiful sweet little girl. She is on the shy side and prefers not to be handled too much. She will sit and watch as I clean her litter box and her room. She loves her treats and will take them ever-so-gently out of your hand. She loves to play. I will hear her playing with her ball whenever I'm not in the room. Her favourite toy to play with me is her feather wand. She will catch it and roll around on her tummy. Even though she doesn't like to be handled too much she does like tickles on her chin when she's comfortable. She will sit beside me on the floor as I read my book. I feel she would do best in a quiet home with people who will spend the time allow her to gain her confidence. She really is a special little kitty and is doing well with eating wet and dry food despite only having four teeth left. Despite having been exposed to upper respiratory illness in her previous home Bobbie has not shown any symptoms while in our care, but will be adopted with a waiver. Bobbie will also be adopted with a second waiver...(poor kitty) as she has FIV. Feline Immunodeficiency Virus is a life long disease, but with exceptional care and close monitoring it can be managed.
