Kinetics Drive Solutions Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd. Kinetics Drive Solutions is currently recruiting for a Dyno/Testing Technician. This position will be hands-on, as well as use computer programs to conduct prototype and production testing. This position is responsible for: System Testing: Prepare specifications and documents in accordance with requirements Conduct testing of transmissions, sub-assemblies and components Setup tests - both hardware and software Analyze test data and generate reports Review test plans and associated documentation Support &amp maintenance of test hardware Prototype Assembly &amp Testing Overseeing the test fixture assembly of prototypes Product Support Troubleshoot problems and breakdowns internally Data Acquisition Hardware &amp software configuration Qualifications: Keen attention to detail with high level of accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Shifts will be during non-business hours (weekend, afternoon and night shift) as required Strong mechanical aptitude Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical and control systems Knowledge of various sensors, instrumentation and DAQ system A diploma in engineering technology or similar, or equivalent experience OR Millwright/Heavy-duty Mechanic Red Seal apprentice program participation Experience working in a manufacturing environment (desirable) Ability to obtain Controlled Goods Clearance Must have transportation - NO access to public transit To apply please email: hr@kineticsdrive.com To meet us in person please come and see us live on site at The Black Press Extreme Education and Career Fair Thursday, November 14th from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm at the Langley Events Centre, 7888 200 St. Langley, BC (1076451h)
