Automotive Service Technician & Customer Service Supervisor

Automotive Service Technician Position Duties: Diagnose the problem of the engines, breaks, suspension, power train, systems and other parts through inspection of motor vehicles using hand tools, equipment or computerized tools, Communicate with customers to better diagnose problems, and follow up with the after repairs completed, Make a maintenance of vehicles including changing engine oils, changing filters, checking tire pressures, and applying lubricants, Repair vehicles by replacing parts or components and making adjustments of parts, Make a test of repaired vehicles by computerized inspection system or test-drives, Estimate cost of repair job of the vehicle. Qualified applicants Must have Automotive service technician trade certificate, must have 4 years of work experience (Including apprenticeship, or co-op experience) is required, Completion of secondary school is required Position details: Position Title: Automotive Repair Technician (Full Time 30~40hours/week) Wage: $35~$40/hour (Depends on the experience) Customer Service Supervisor Position Duties: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the receptionist and other customer service representatives in the company; Oversee the overall shop operation; Manage clients files, and assign files to customer service representatives; Train customer service representatives to serve clients for different services; Take service appointments from customers and answer questions regarding the service; Consult customers for repair procedures; Send customers their repair cots quotes; Solve any customers complaints arise in the store or via phone and email; Prepare reports for manager to review Qualification Qualified applicants Must have minimum 6 months' experience in customer/client service field; Completion of college diploma is required; High school graduates must prove 2 years of experience in customer service field Position details: Position Title: Customer service Supervisor (Full Time 30~40hours/week) Wage: $24.50~$27.50/hour (Depends on the experience) Company & Address: Ying Wah Auto Services Ltd 5871 No. 6 Rd, Richmond V6V 1T2 Vacation: 10 days paid vacation will be provided To apply, please send your resumes to: yingwahauto@gmx.com Ideal applicants will be contacted
